Our house has recently been renovated following the principles of green building: we have embraced bioclimatic design, used bioecological materials, and opted for natural finishes. We have paid special attention to the health of people and the environment, while also providing high-quality comfort.
We have created three rooms: two double bedrooms and one single, all with private bathrooms. Additionally, we have a dedicated breakfast area where we accommodate those who wish to stay with us, whether for pleasure or business.
The morning starts with a delicious breakfast carefully prepared using high-quality products, which you can enjoy buffet-style. You will find a variety of choices including butter and jam, freshly baked croissants, traditional and soy yogurts, cereals, fresh fruit, and fruit juices. Additionally, you can choose from a wide selection of teas and herbal infusions to accompany your breakfast. To meet your needs, we provide an espresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a refrigerator that are always accessible.

"Liston" is a typical dialect, in Verona very popular word, which defines a part of Piazza Bra, the square around the Arena, the ancient Roman amphitheater. This is the heart of Verona: local people think that there is nothing like strolling through the square and the near streets, meeting friends and making new acquaintances. The word derives from the big white marble slabs which form the walk stone of this area. Here we wanted to recall the cream colors of the square with its elegant and sober tones in beige and gray. It is a single room with a French bed (a wider bed) , the ideal relax for people travelling on business.
It is a double room that according to your needs can be turned into a double with two single beds or a family room with the addition of a third bed or a crib.
